Continuous improvement in safety performance is always the top corporate objective and it is reflected through lower injury claims and less downtime. The company’s HSE performance is monitored on a monthly basis and disseminated to all employees-shore based and ship based.

12 Life Saving Rules were adopted by Sealink in 2009. These 12 Life Saving Rules set out clear and simple “dos and don’ts” covering activities with highest potential safety risk. These Rules are one part of how we continue to create the safety culture needed to avoid work-related fatalities and serious injuries. The Rules are not new. They focus on the activities that carry the greatest potential threat of serious injury or death to our people when safety rules are not observed. They are being enforced to ensure that everyone who works on Sealink business following them-and gets home safely.
